Registration Form can be obtained from website and sent to the conference secretariat through post along with the abstract and demand draft so to reach before 15th Oct 2009.

Registration fee: Registration fee for the Indian nationals and foreign delegates is given in the table. Registration will be confirmed only after the payment of the registration fee.

All payments are to be made by Demand Draft (DD) only, in favour of: “IMMUNOCON - 2009" payable at NIMHANS Bangalore.

For students: A certificate from their Department/Institute Head stating that they are bonafide students from their educational institution is mandatory. In case this is not produced, registration will fall into the category of non-members and fees will be charged accordingly.

Those presenting papers must register for the conference. That is, only registered delegates are permitted to present papers.

Cancellation and refunds: Requests for cancellation received on or before 30th of November 2009 will be refunded 75% of the registration fee. Refunds against cancellation requests received afterwards will not be considered.

All accompanying persons (includes spouse and children above 8 years) must be registered. Accompanying persons who are not registered will not be provided kits, access to meals and events such as inauguration, dinner, banquet and valedictory.

Invitations to the Inauguration, banquet and valedictory;
Access to scientific sessions, stalls;
Registration kit, conference material;
Lunch and tea/coffee on all conference days.
Note: Registration kit cannot be assured for delegates registering on the spot.
